6:00 p.m. - hors d' oeuvres market place, wine/beer tasting, and silent auction.
7:30 p.m. - formal dinner and wine pairings begin
About the Event:
Gourmet Dinner is a unique dining experience, featuring our talented Culinary Arts faculty members and students in the kitchen, preparing a five course, exquisite feast. This year will feature Wisconsin based cuisine - produced or manufactured in, or made famous by Wisconsin as well as wine and beer pairings from across the state. The hors d'oeuvres portion of the evening will also feature local growers and farmers in addition to tastings and a culinary demonstration.

About the Moraine Park Foundation:
The Gourmet Dinner is an annual event benefiting the Moraine Park Foundation's Excellence Fund. The Excellence Fund is used to support student scholarships and emergency aid. This year alone, the Foundation has awarded over $150,000 in scholarships and over $30,000 in emergency support - and the need of students continues to rise. The students of Moraine Park are the infrastructure of our community and essential to future growth and sustainability - they are our nurses, electricians, EMTs, and IT specialists . . . they fix our vehicles, they build our homes . . . the list is endless.
