Thank you for your interest in Moraine Park! Follow these easy admission steps to begin your journey toward a Moraine Park degree, diploma, or certificate.
1. Submit Application
Submit your application online by selecting the “Apply Online Now” button.

2. Submit Transcripts
Request that all official high school transcripts, or GED/HSED transcript and/or college transcripts be submitted to Moraine Park Technical College's Admissions Office. Please refer to respective institutions website to request transcripts.
3. Placement Assessment
Take a Placement Assessment such as Accuplacer, ACT, or Compass. MPTC offers ACCUPLACER placement assessment ($15 fee is non-refundable for no shows).
Most certificate programs do NOT require a placement assessment. Students will be notified if additional steps are needed.
4. Complete any Additional Requirements
Depending upon your chosen program, there may be additional admission requirements to complete the admissions process. Follow the admissions process related to your program for more information about what is needed.
Application Deadlines
Moraine Park accepts applications to programs (certificate, technical and associate degree levels) based on availability. Some programs are not currently accepting applications primarily due to large wait lists and capacity limitations. Application acceptance dates for these programs are evaluated each term.
