What does this mean for you as an applicant? Your application information will not copy over to the new system. You will need to log in and save your application information or print it out for your reference, if you choose to do so. If you applied to a position prior to January 28 and haven’t been notified that the position you applied to has been filled, you are still an active applicant. If you wish to apply to any positions after January 28, you will need to re-enter your information and apply online to our new system, iCims.
How can you save your current application information? Go to any open job and click "apply to this job" (don’t worry, you’re not really going to). It will ask you to login with existing account information. Your application information you previously entered will come up. In the dropdown where you can switch between pages of the application, select “certify and submit” and then click go. This will take you to the last page of your application. At the top of this page, select print version. This will compile everything for you if choose to copy and paste it somewhere, or print it out.In the new system, you will need to create a profile and enter in application information the first time applying. This will be saved going forward, but you’ll be able to edit at any time.
