Join us to get an exciting, behind-the-scenes look into manufacturing careers of today!
At Moraine Park, we are working to erase any stigmas that surround the manufacturing world. For this reason, we are offering the Heavy Metal Tour. This event partners with local manufacturing companies to offer behind-the-scenes tours and the chance to see what a manufacturing career looks like today.
These tours, which occur in conjunction with October’s manufacturing month, will take place at seven Fond du Lac manufacturing companies.
The events will run from 4:30-8:00 p.m.
A light meal will be served.
- 4:30 p.m. – Participants will meet at MPTC’s Fond du Lac campus, 235 N. National Ave.
- 5:00 p.m.- After a brief introduction, participants will be bused to the first location.
- 5:30-7:00 p.m.- Tours
- 8:00 p.m.- Return to MPTC.
Interested individuals are invited to participate in all four weeks, or they may choose their preferred dates.
Wednesday, October 2 – Kondex Corporation
Thursday, October 10 – Fives Group and RB Royal Industries, Inc.
Wednesday, October 16 – Wells Manufacturing Corporation and Mid-States Aluminum Corp.
Wednesday, October 23 – BCI Burke Co. and Mercury Marine
