Introduction
Moraine Park Technical College is committed to protecting the rights and welfare of individuals participating as subjects in its research. MPTC’s Institutional Review Board (IRB) is charged with reviewing human subjects research. The IRB reviews all human research protocols in accordance with federal regulations, state laws, and local and College policies. The IRB team is composed of members from various disciplines within the education, social, and behavioral sciences as well as community members.
