Ashley Giedd
I am a front-end developer at Moraine Park Technical College, where I am currently enrolled in the Web Development and Design Specialist program. I am scheduled to graduate in May 2024. Being a part of the program at Moraine Park has been a truly interesting and rewarding experience for me. The program has taught me a wide range of skills encompassing both design and development aspects of web development. I have learned how to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites, as well as how to write clean and efficient code to ensure that the website runs smoothly and efficiently.
What has been particularly rewarding is seeing the progress I’ve made since starting the program. When I first began, I knew very little about web design, but through the guidance and support of my instructors, I have been able to create websites that I am truly proud of. Additionally, the program has provided me with numerous opportunities to work on real-world projects, which has allowed me to apply my skills and knowledge in a practical setting.I’m Timothy Rice and I want to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet the users’ needs with recovery. I want to enhance my skills in both design & coding, staying up to date with the latest technologies and design trends. I am graduating with an Associates Degree in Mobile App Development and Web Design and Development.
Overall, being a part of the Web Development and Design Specialist program has been a fantastic experience. I am excited to continue learning and growing in this field, and I am confident that the skills I am acquiring will be invaluable in my future career as a front-end developer.

Luke Schroeder
I am a web developer/designer with an Associates Degree and I’m ready to enter the industry! With years of schooling and gaining experience in web design development, I have mastered the skills of working with WordPress as well as reading/writing up HTML & CSS. I’ve spent most of these years learning about the best practices as well as the advancements in the field. Having worked on a couple projects that are already live, I can help imagine, create, design, and develop websites in many different scenarios.

My name is Tracy Hopfer and as an aspiring Web Design and Development Specialist graduate, I am eagerly awaiting to use my newly learned knowledge of programming, development, and media to a web design position. My goal is to create well designed, user friendly, functional, responsive websites on a full-time basis. Jenny Vang
I am a passionate Web Designer & Developer Specialist living in Wisconsin. I have my associate degree in computer science from Moraine Park Technical College. I graduated from Moraine Park Technical College in December 2023. I have been a web designer for 2 years and still going. As a Web Designer, I enjoy coding, creating creative websites, revamping, content editing, and just about anything website related. Being a web designer allows me to show my creativity, skills, and designs. It also gives me great some opportunities to explore the field, such as the different CMS, technologies, software, career opportunities, and different programming languages. I am super passionate about my work and love putting my time into my work. I look forward to new opportunities, new technologies, and new trends to keep my passion for web design going. Kyle Yang
Being introduced to web development/design back in 2020, I decided to pursue a degree at Moraine Park. I loved the idea of being able to create something on the web and seeing the results and the many possibilities that come with it, depending on how much you know. Some of the goals for this degree were to expand my knowledge on the web side and coding side. I will be graduating in the winter of 2023 in December with a dual degree in web development and design specialist, and mobile applications development. During my time at MPTC, I have learned many new software and programs that helped expand my skill set. I am excited to make new connections and find opportunities where I can apply my current set of skills, expand my knowledge, and grow as a person.
