FIRE and EMS Continuing Education Registration

  • All Third Party Sponsorship Applications and student registrations must be completed via this online process.
  • Registrations must be completed via this online process. We cannot accept paper forms or phone registrations.

NOTE: If you are NOT affiliated with a department or service but you are interested in taking a continuing education FIRE or EMS course, email: Andrew Baus

Instructions for Third Party Payors & Sponsored Continuing Education FIRE or EMS Students:
Step 1: Sponsor must complete this step

Sponsors will initiate the registration process for students by clicking on the SPONSORS button below and completing the Third Party Sponsorship Application.

Please Note: To complete the application, sponsors will need to enter either the student’s Moraine Park Student ID number or the student’s DOB.

(Sponsors are Fire departments or EMS agencies that are paying for members/employees of your department to take courses.)

Step 2: Student must complete this step, not the sponsor

Once an email has been received from their sponsor, students can continue the process by clicking on the STUDENTS button below to complete the necessary registration steps.

(Students are Fire department or EMS members/employees that are registering for a course that your department is paying for.)

Will you be paying out of pocket and need to register for any of the following courses?

  • Emergency Services Instructor
  • Emergency Medical First Responder
  • Practical Exam

  2. Choose the Continuing Education/Non-Credit tab and follow instructions to complete an electronic registration form.

If you are interested in EMT, Advanced EMT or Paramedic Technician, click HERE for program application.
