Ways to Register for a Traffic Safety Course

Online Electronic Form Registration

Many of our current Traffic Safety courses are full, therefore, it is highly recommended that you call 800-472-4554 to verify what classes or sections are available prior to filling out on online registration form.

In situations where the current MPTC schedule of open class offerings does not work or classes are full, you can email the Human Services Administrative Assistant at mptctrafficsafety@morainepark.edu to request a transfer to another college.

You must use the Traffic Safety Online Electronic Registration Form. (Submission of any other online registration forms will not be accepted!)

Step 1: Reference your Driver Safety Assessment form to determine which Traffic Safety course you need to register for

Step 2: Choose a class section, navigate to Moraine Park’s Class Offerings

  • On the Class Offerings page, click on the Non-Credit tab and enter the course name in the “search” box.
  • Use the green drop-down arrow to view class availability.
  • If a course shows zero remaining seats, it’s not an available option, please do not enter it on the registration form.

Step 3: If you do not have a Dynamic Forms account, you will need to create one before completing the online registration form.
(MPTC uses a product called Dynamic Forms for digital forms.)

  • If you already have a Dynamic Forms account, go to Step 4.
  • If you need to create a Dynamic Forms account, please see Instructions for Creating a New Dynamic Forms Account.
Once you have created your Dynamic Forms account, navigate back to this page and click on the Traffic Safety Registration form link under Step 4.

Step 4: Complete Registration Form and Submit Payment
Open the Traffic Safety Online Electronic Registration Form. Complete the fields on this form. (Submission of any other online registration forms will not be accepted!) This form MUST be completed and signed by the student who will be attending the course(s).

  • While completing your payment, you will be asked for a 9 digit Student ID number, if you don’t have one enter TRAFFIC25
  • If multiple course options are available, it is suggested that you enter a second and/or third course preference in case your first choice is unavailable.
You may call 800-472-4554 to verify what classes or sections are available prior submitting the registration form.
  • In situations where the current MPTC schedule of open class offerings does not work, you can email the Human Services Administrative Assistant at mptctrafficsafety@morainepark.edu to request a transfer to another college.

Payment in full is required at the time of form submission.
(A non-refundable convenience fee for credit/debit card payments will be assessed by the payment processor.) NSF Fees for insufficient funds would apply.

Important:

  • You will receive an auto generated email from noreply.morainepark@cashnet com with your payment confirmation.
  • Next, you will receive an email from mptcenrollmentservices@morainepark.edu regarding the status of your registration request, within 24 business hours.
  • You are NOT considered registered until you receive a confirmation email from MPTC Enrollment Services which will include a copy of your class schedule.
