Courses need to have a grade of “C” or better. Grades of C- or CD do not meet this requirement. (Some specific MPTC programs may have differing grade requirements.)
Courses need to fulfill a course requirement within your MPTC program of study.
A copy of the course syllabus is needed to complete this review. Syllabi information can be attached to this form or sent directly to MPTC via the cpl@morainepark.edu email address. If you do not have a current syllabus, please contact the college/university where the course was completed and request one.

MPTC Equivalent Course
In order to transfer a course into MPTC, it must be matched with an MPTC course (called its "equivalent.") Your academic advisor can assist you in identifying which MPTC course might be equivalent to your previously completed course. In this section, list the MPTC course name and number that you believe is equivalent to your prevously taken course. MPTC course names and numbers can be found listed either on your program guide or on your program page on morainepark.edu.
