    Credit for Your Service

    College credit is available to students whose military training and experiences relates to their MPTC program of study.  Moraine Park Technical College uses either the Community College of the Air Force or Joint Services Transcript to award college credit.

    NOTE: Do not send your transcripts to yourself and then send them to MPTC. To be considered official, transcripts must come directly from the military to MPTC.

    Have you applied or been accepted to MPTC?

    Yes, I have completed an MPTC Application for Admission:

    • Once we receive your military transcript, our Credit for Prior Learning Specialist will evaluate it.
    • Credit will be awarded for any training or experience that fulfills coursework requirements in your program of study.
    • An email notification will be sent to you once this evaluation has been completed.

    No, I haven’t applied to MPTC yet:

    • You can still send us your transcript and we will review it for free.

    MPTC is part of the Transferology community.  Prospective students can create a FREE account in Transferology to see how previous college courses will transfer into MPTC.

    Student Veterans can also enter their military training/experiences and credits earned through CLEP and/or DANTE/DSST exams to see how MPTC awards college credits in those categories.
