Student Computer Assistance Referral Form

Library staff at each campus are available to meet with current students for short appointments to help them get started with computer basics. Assistance is offered for Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Windows, and saving and managing files.

MPTC faculty are encouraged to refer students just getting started with Office software and Windows and need a quick introduction.

Students can refer themselves for help by selecting the ‘student’ option below.

We will evaluate the referral during normal business hours and determine the best time to meet with the student. Appointments will be scheduled for 30 minutes to an hour depending on need.

Assistance is meant to fill an immediate, specific need and is not for ongoing instruction. Students needing extensive assistance will be advised to enroll in a course or seek tutoring.
