Audit Course Intent

To submit an Audit Course Intent & Registration Form, follow the instructions below:

Do you have a myMPTC account and do you know your myMPTC user name and password?

YES – Click here to complete the Audit Course Intent Form.
(Secure forms submission using your myMPTC user name and password)

NO – Create a Dynamic Forms account (this account is separate from a myMPTC student account.)

• Once you have created your Dynamic Forms account, navigate back to this page and click here to access the Audit Course Intent Form.

Prior to completing the form please:

1. View Important Student Dates to determine when you can register.   
2. Search Class Offerings to view course availability and cost.

• You will need the 5-digit CRN, Number (xxx-xxx), and Title for each class.
