IT Technical Support and Network Specialist Program Information
Important Information to Know
- Moraine Park offers a dual degree program in IT Technical Support and IT Network. You may add the other program by completing a Change of Program Form. Please ask your advisor for this form.
- If you are currently enrolled in IT Technical Support: adding IT Network will require an additional 4 program classes.
- If you are currently enrolled in IT Network: adding IT Technical Support will require an additional 4 program classes.
- Upon completion of the dual degree, you will have earned two Associate degrees.
- For a full-time student, completing both programs would require one extra semester (2.5 years) to complete. However, taking summer classes would allow you to progress more quickly.
- If you add the additional program, you will need to follow the dual degree academic planner. If you do not have one, please ask your advisor.
- Most IT Network and IT Technical Support classes are 8 week classes and are sequential in order and by term. It is very important to work with your advisor when scheduling classes, especially if you are attending part-time. One mistake may delay your graduation by a full year.
