Important Information to Know
Water Quality is an online only program. If you are working in the field, there may be an opportunity to earn occupational credit. To learn more about occupational credit, please email cpl@morainepark.edu for more information. There is an option for an internship in this program.
How to Search for Courses
One of the more important things you will do with your advisor is pick out courses. We’ll work together on this.
We are skilled at working with students to put together short-term and long-term plans based upon your program, your test scores, and your commitments outside of school.
If you’re curious and want to start planning, the steps below walk you through the course search process.
- On morainepark.edu, click on “Search Classes”.
- Select the term you want.
- You can filter by Campus and/or Day of the Week. The words highlighted in green are the filters that will show up, so if you want the FDL campus, click all other campuses until only FDL is green).
- Classes are listed in order of course number.
- If looking for a specific course (890-101 or College 101), use the search feature and type in the course number or name.
- Click on the course title to see specific information including remaining seats, the course registration number (CRN), credits, cost, pre-requisites, textbook information, etc.
- Notice the checkboxes on the left. These allow you to do several things:
- Place a checkmark in the course/courses you want for your schedule to save the information.
- When you have finished checking all the courses, click the share button.

- You will see your “My Course Worksheet” based on the courses you selected. You can print, email, or download this worksheet.
