Interactive Media Design Program Information
Important Information to Know
Program courses for 1st year students meet on Tuesday and Thursday, and 2nd year students meet on Monday and Wednesday. There are some evening courses required.
Technology Requirements
- Adobe Creative Cloud subscription is required for this program. You may purchase out of pocket for a student-discounted price directly from Adobe or from the eCampus Bookstore. or download for free through VDI (NOTE: This will only work if you have strong internet connection). Instructions are below:

- Go to morainepark.edu
- Click on the myMPTC
- Click on Student & Employee and Log In
- Enter mydesktop.morainepark.edu
- The login screen will appear and you can enter your MPTC email address and click “Next” and then enter your password to sign in.

- Online students will need access to a drawing tablet with a drawing pen (see the suggested tablets listed below). There are Cintiq drawing tablets in the classrooms for students who choose face-to-face classes.

Online students will need access to a drawing tablet with a drawing pen
The drawing tablet must be able to connect to your laptop or computer to be able to run the Adobe Creative Cloud software. There are a wide variety and cost of various drawing tablets.
