Moraine Park Technical College will host a Health and Wellness lecture series every Thursday in February from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. The events are free and will be held at the College’s West Bend Campus, 2151 N Main Street.
The West Bend Lecture Series is an annual event that highlights the resources and services offered right in our district communities. This year’s series will showcase Moraine Park’s Health and Wellness experts, along with partners from Aurora, Froedtert, and Elevate.
Each week will focus on a different topic to provide community members with informative and educational tools to improve their lives. The topics include
February 6 – Trends in Weight Management- (Aurora)
February 13 – Whole Food Plant-Based Diet- (Froedtert)
February 20 – Stress and the Health Connection- (Elevate)
February 27 – Movement During the Winter, Moving Seasonally, Moving Naturally” -(Elevate, Aurora and Froedtert )
