Moraine Park’s graduating Cosmetology program students hosted a Winter Wonderland Fashion Show to showcase a culmination of their skills in their final project of the semester.
The students spent the morning styling their models from head to toe with an outfit, hair, makeup and nails.
“At the beginning of each year, the students vote on the fashion show theme,” Danielle Jacques, Barber/Cosmetology instructor at Moraine Park, said. “From there, they choose a specific direction and research hair, makeup and clothing inspiration. Throughout their time in the program, they learn the skills needed to master their looks.”
The students each put their twist on the Winter Wonderland concept, drawing inspiration from different themes such as the Goddess of Ice, Winter Warrior, Winter Princess, Antarctic Angel, Queen of the North, Frost Yourself, Christmas Princess, Ice Princess and Ice Ice Baby.
