Moraine Park’s second-year Culinary Arts students hosted a Food Truck Competition for their final restaurant day of the semester.
Each student designed their menu and decorated their spaces without any limitations. MPTC employees, students and community members sampled each student’s dish and voted for their favorite through cash tips.
LuAnne Salmon took first place with her Shrimp Burger Slider and Coconut Chicken Curry Wrap.
