In celebration of Earth Day and Autism Acceptance month for April, accomplished Eco-artist and MPTC student, Grant Maniér, is teaming up with Coca-Cola SW Beverages to spread the message. Through this collaboration, they aim to encourage a positive change for the environment and autism acceptance.
In collaboration with Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages (CCSWB), Grant is starring in a new commercial promoting Earth Day. Along with his commercial airing, Grant is releasing a new children’s book, “GRANT The Eco-Friendly Artist”, which is co-authored with his mother Julie Coy. The book chronicles Grant’s passion for art from childhood and is printed with an innovative Dyslexie font for all to read.
Maniér is enrolled in Moraine Park’s Graphic Communications program and will graduate with his associate degree in 2024. Recently, the College donated several of Maniér’s books to local elementary schools.
As an individual living with autism, Grant is a passionate advocate for disability rights and inclusive communities. Autism Acceptance Month enables Grant to use his platform to promote greater understanding and acceptance of individuals with autism.
“Through my artwork, I aim to inspire others to create a more inclusive world, where everyone has equal opportunities to thrive and succeed,” said Maniér. “I am thrilled to partner with Coca-Cola (CCSWB) to promote Earth Day and Autism Acceptance and to showcase how we can all contribute to making our world a more sustainable and compassionate place.”
The new children’s book “GRANT The Eco-Friendly Artist” celebrates Grant’s passion for creating artwork using recycled materials while promoting environmental responsibility and the importance of sustainable living.
The Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages commercial highlights the beauty of Grant’s recycled artwork and encourages viewers to take action to protect the environment.
